The people are the real assets, the personalities are amazing.

The sales director is terrible and very rude and degrading for someone who has never worked in a marketing team. Having your only marketing employee in the company work under a sales director is the worst decision they made.

Some excellent people, very supportive. Some good products and services.

Didn’t give a fair opportunity during probation. Cannot handle criticism and do not have an end to end service, poor opportunity management, Hired me out of industry and promised to allow time to learn and develop. Reported after one month to the recruitment partner that they were very happy and two weeks later raised concerns over behaviour yet never discussed what the concerns were with me and never provided an opportunity to discuss and review. No formal review conducted. Not the mark of a trustworthy organisation or senior team that you can trust. Took me away from a settled and trusted organisation where for three years I excelled and hung out to dry with just a weeks notice, Wouldn’t recommend anyone to take up a position in the basis of how they may treat you.
