Pros

I have not felt anything yet.

Cons

They didn't mention anything about a 3 YEAR BOND costing 3 Lakhs until I actually left all other opportunities and joined the firm. I and my batchmates got the bond notice few days after we joined, a time when we had no other choice but to be enslaved. Environment is really negative.

Pros

-Flat organization with direct owner and practice lead involvement, guidance, and visibility on client engagements -Competitive compensation with reasonable key performance metrics -Collaborative culture within project teams and across practice teams -Challenging project work with industry-leading clients -Robust roster of available US and off-shore consultants -Development opportunities and investment in consultant skills

Cons

-No substantial cons - with 3000+ consultants, it is large enough to manage many significant projects simultaneously and onboard needed consultants as needed.

Pros

This company hired me to support a client of theirs. I was working essentially full time through them as a subcontractor. They mostly got out of the way, which is nice for a contract of this nature

Cons

They require a lot of repetitive documentation, I had to track hours on their platform, I had to track hours on their clients platform, and I had to invoice and track hours on my own platfrom for billing them. I usually just need to track my own and theirs, not triple. They can have issues with correct invoice payment and tried to stiff me on training they required I do for them, not their client.
