      i've only been at Gymshark for 3 weeks and what a fantastic onboarding experience it has been. Right from the get go the company have been great at keeping me up to date throughout the journey of my interview stages. The company have been extremely welcoming and friendly. The onboarding programme into the business has been very informative and provides a well rounded view of the business.

      Pros

      Gymshark really sticks to its core values. The people are awesome and great to work with. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      As a UK-based company, working in the United States is tough sometimes. We often get information late from our UK partners. The company definitely needs to build out its US office more and add more vital job functions.
