The hours that you work are awesome. The atmosphere is laid back even though everyone is working. You've holidays off and paid weekly.

I would have to say the cons of working there is that you get hired through a temp agency but the company itself never hires anyone on. Also, even though we get holidays off they aren't paid holidays at all.

Growing company with a good market share in the bedroom furnishings market in US. Implemented SAP and things are looking good with new licenses signing up.

Old fashioned approach - management gets their updates from their reporting ranks only. Very closed communication. Employees are barricaded from corporate changes / information.
