Pros
NY office has great people, with good work/life balance and flexibility.
Cons
Low salaries, verbal abuse, mind games, narcissistic leadership, no incentives, no raises, no promotions, bad business practices, questionable ethics, lack of transparency, horrible communication, management afraid of confrontation unless in a situation where they feel it will make them appear tough/strong to customers; lots of perks for the India team, but NY office bills aren't even paid to date.
