      Pros

      Mission-based making the work meaningful with tangible outcomes for clients that you work with. Gives you broad international experience working with cross-functional team from all over the world.

      Cons

      Very American-centric, top-down approach that does not provide regional autonomy nor take into account regional perspective. The one HIMSS approach sounds ambitious until you realise that this chips away the regional autonomy you once had. Lack of recognition for long-time, loyal employees.

      Strong brand recognition in the market.

      Cons

      Low pay, politics over performance, bland culture, not customer first, backwards leadership with no vision on how to bring this company into the future, disorganized, siloed, non transparent.
