9yThank you for taking the time to post these comments. We are proud of the “pros” you are acknowledging. It is a testimony to our people and who we are.
Your “advice to management” is appreciated and insightful. In fact, several initiatives alive in 2016 are opening up new communication channels within the company, getting more feedback early and often. Major initiatives underway include improving our account management (checking in and assisting our teams), mentoring program improvements (career development and goals), better work-life balance for leadership personnel, and….drum-roll please……we have purchased an intranet replacement and will be rolling out our myHMB Employee Portal within a few months.
