Pros
Overall benefits and working hours are good. Good exposure on international banking.
Cons
High stress, very target focus and micro monitored. System out of date. Procedure is too complex . Bank would not take responsibility when customer marked their experience down due to operational issues eg. Branch closure, complex application process … blame will only go to the individual who was serving the customer.
