I had joined HSBC at Hyderabad, Banjara Hills and it was a beautiful location to be in.........About the Co....the work environment there was just what any one would want from his /her workplace. Best part of the Co was its retention policy & leave policy which are so employee centric Elderly people who come to work are dealt with great patience and care so that they do not feel that they are less efficient..
Cons
Downsides of late have increased...it differs from location to location and surely the individuals who help the co grow are the ones who are responsible for its upliftment Politics Rating the individuals through a method which leaves them nowhere and demoralised Lack of leadership qualities in the managers Promotions have become a gimmick honesty is severely dealt with Unfair treatment Policies are amended not for the benefit of employees but for the management may be....
