They will hire anyone British with any sort of non-relevant degree yet ignore the non-British with the relevant degrees. 99% of top management is british despite the big hype about diversity. The recent bonus season?? 80% of the big money went to the band 3 and above who are predominantly British and the rest of us barely gotten peanuts. Passive racism is very apparent.
