Nobody will give you a proper answer to anything, however if you miss something they will escalate. Every day new policies will come up and you have to be compliant with those policies. For every step you take an approval should be required. This will take your most of the day of your work. Senior management is not adaptive of new ideas. Best part is who works they will keep on working like machine, those who don't work they enjoy. Choice is yours
