      There are honestly no positive things to say about this company

      Cons

      The employees are extremely overworked and underpaid. Unrealistic work expectations. Little to no training provided for role. You are expected to just figure things out as you go, not a great policy for a safety company if you ask me. You are expected to regularily falsify testing data for safety equiptment. Extremely shady place to work. Please don't support this company.

      Pros

      Fun job, good pay. I learned a lot working for HSE. It was a great business unit it got bought by DXP.

      Cons

      Being bought out by DXP. DXP brought its problems to HSE and brought them down with the rest of DXP. DXP punishes stations that are doing good for other stations doing poorly.
