HSE Integrated interview questions

Phone screen and two onsite interviewers with the IT manager and IT director. Expect your full interview time to be question and answer sessions. They will ask a lot of very good relevant experience type questions, however they really only care about your personality. I found out from my interview evaluation that they found me to be more then qualified for the role, however they don’t like my personality. I found it hard to show my personality in between the steady flow of pre written questions. HR was not present during the interviews. If they wanted to know more about my personality they could of taken me out for lunch in a more relaxed setting, that would have been more professional.

I was already employed at HSE. My boss just took me to lunch and offered me the position. I had to take an aptitude test before i was offered the job.
