      Ontwikkel- en mensgerichte cultuur, veel vrijheid/autonomie en vertrouwen, gave projecten en leuk collega's, veel en leuke bedrijfsuitjes en sociale activiteiten, internationale organisatie die snel groeit en dynamisch is.

      Cons

      Je moet wel met de vrijheid/autonomie kunnen omgaan c.q. jezelf wel kunnen sturen/persoonlijk leiderschap. Daarnaast groeit de organisatie continue en wordt het internationaler. Dit en dynamiek/veranderingen moeten wel bij je passen en als mooie uitdaging zien.

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
