I loved the company, it was great.

There were no cons. Loved it

Really talented people who want to do a great job building a company. Office space is clean, nice, and updated. Decent bonuses.

My comments are referring to the Denver location only, the Houston office was run differently. Commonly make people do the tasks of two to three people, working long hours and weekends and never taking the time to say "thank you." It literally takes an act of congress and approval by the COO and CIO to get software installed on your computer- you fill out the forms and then wait months for them to install programs. The IT department is horrible, only because they don't have the authority to actually fix any issues on your PC without going up the chain to the CIO. The Denver office fosters a negative work environment overall where most people are really unhappy after a few months, but the kicker is they "sell" you the company with all the great benefits and promise you large salaries and bonuses.
