Pros

Pay was decent, Medical and Dental benefits were good.

Cons

Management here is the worst I’ve ever seen. Everything is micromanaged. You have to ask for permission to do anything on your claim files. Mangers are also malicious and back stabbing. Be warned as this a terrible claims environment. No training provided. Little direction. They never matched my 401K. The company is getting sued constantly and lots of their upper claims leadership resigned this year. Also limited room for growth and advancement. STAY AWAY!

Pros

Management can be flexible on small things Team management does really care and want to help If getting to insurance would be a good place to start.

Cons

Claims are handled with such inconsistency depending on what manager you get. In office job and zero flexibility. Everything is always in flux processes change almost daily. Company is so scared of being taken to court they end up creating so much extra work that is unnecessary. Always under staffed Expected to manage an entire claims queue line during the day working other peoples claim along with yours. Company technology is in 2005 Company has no money for raises. Expect 1-3%. Very poor benefits.
