Halogen has very high turnover. Operationally ineffective and chaotic. Worker's lack cooperative effort to accomplish tasks that require collaboration, which they rarely notice anything else beyond their own desk. Staff and management lack ownership and accountability. Potential problems are never addressed before they become and issue, only after they become issue. Turnover is extremely high. You will be asked to put your personal life aside at times. Tons of broken promises.
