I sat through three months of training, and thought “wow I’m learning so much I can’t believe they do all this training. The joke was on me, go ask one of the Community Managers if they can show you how to properly file a work order on their system (which is the most antiquated one I have ever seen); no one will be able to. I’ve never seen a Management company loose as many employees (quit or get fired) and properties as this place. To give you an idea just how bad turnover is on the property management side, they have a whole department JUST for it. The HR department. Jesus fire both of them. The ONE ok HR person, quit with no notice. Everything you’ve heard about Hammersmith Managament if you’re “in the industry”; it’s true. You can not get accounting to actually do anything, I could go on, and on. The left hand doesn’t ever talk to the right hand. Please, please, heed my warning, run. Do not work here, they will make you a very nice job offer, and they will do so because they can not stop their revolving door.
