Casual dress code weekends off Friendly craftsmen

Cons

No insurance he customer service role is delightfully called "craftsman champion" but who is going to be my champion? Take crap from the customer when the craftsmen quit, take crap from the franchisee when the customer declines bid because of price (when I have no control over that) There is no hr dept to report unethical things to so you're not protected. No raises No growth potential I was offered a 50.00 bonus when the company makes 10,000

Transitional management difficulties that came and went. They were always trying to improve, it was hit or miss with that.
