      Fair pay and incentive scheme. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      No interaction with the global company. Issues are kept hush hush. Toxic work environment - get shot down when providing feedback so people stop speaking up because they’re scared.

      Pros

      Good people who care to make a difference but are cut off at the knee's by management.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management, nepotism and "lifers' who can do no wrong. CEO is unstable and moody as a person. 60% turnover in 2022. Horrible work environment.
