Good for 1st time job to learn to deal with public . Low pay - Sales Associate/Cashier Harmon Discount Employee Review

Everyone no matter their experience level starts at $9/ hr which was fine for 1st time employees to learn skills dealing with directives , resposibility, and the public. If have experience that company is looking the pay should be compatable . I was told we want you to bring back our certain age customers yet pay would be as everyone else and no mention to higher up to see if pay increase would be approved. I should have left . Also poor working employees should have a meeting and hours lowered if not being team player.
