The pay was ok The schedule was flexible The location was convenient

I worked at the East Mesa location on power rd and let me tell you it was such a bad experience someone was always cooking and making the office stink like whatever they were making the office was completely unorganized we had files everywhere it was also literally filthy, disgusting and the work environment was horrible. The work load was ridiculous and our ancient computers did not help i never had enough time to do my job properly and don’t get me started on the training or lack thereof. The Attorney was rarely there so the managing paralegal and her unbearable sister were the ones in charge it was a sht show you couldn’t ask them any questions without them making you feeling like a complete idiot and to top it off no one ever called their clients back while I was there and I’m not talking about a month or two of not calling them back I’m talking about 6 months!! the “paralegals”would intentionally watch their phones ring and say oh Ffffk that I’m not answering. overall my experience was not good.
