Old School, Boy's Club's Firm - Associate Haug Partners Employee Review

This firm is simply not set up for women to thrive. I commend the women who have made partner or stuck around. However, over the last few years, I have watched as this firm lets go of higher-performing female associates over lower-performing male associates. Many of the junior associates have agreed that there is a diversity quota being met for optics, but that there is still a very, very prominent boy's club.
