Manager thinks she is a god, no respect for boundaries, runs the place like it’s her personal empire and all of us are her slaves. Undervalues the team, extreme feminist energy all the time. Please get over it. There is no work culture here. Extended working hours are just part of the routine. Weekend work is treated like it’s normal. Hikes are peanuts. You’re expected to work more as you get older, while the compensation stays exactly the same.
