      Pros

      Good client base, Decent if you are starting up.

      Cons

      Manager thinks she is a god, no respect for boundaries, runs the place like it’s her personal empire and all of us are her slaves. Undervalues the team, extreme feminist energy all the time. Please get over it. There is no work culture here. Extended working hours are just part of the routine. Weekend work is treated like it’s normal. Hikes are peanuts. You’re expected to work more as you get older, while the compensation stays exactly the same.

      - Friendly team - Lots of fun at work - CEO is easily approachable and there is an open-door policy - Managers are friendly and cooperative - Opportunity to take ownership of work and different projects - Achievable targets set for clients

      Cons

      - Work-life balance can be improved - Growth opportunities are lacking, you can stay in the same position and have a laid back job but not grow in it. It must be considered - Conflict management is missing
