Good Money, good people, made friends

micromanagers, dishonesty, and favoritism was intense

I've seen a couple of nasty negative reviews on here lately so let me preface this by saying I'm not a member of the owner's family, I've never dated a member of the owner's family, I'm writing this from my personal computer, and no one asked me to write it. I've been with Health Choice One for almost 5 years now and the owners have been very good to me in that time. Is Health Choice One perfect? No. That said, it is one of the best jobs I've ever had. The industry is hard but if you're willing to work hard, you can make some really good money. It's the working hard part that seems to be a problem for some entitled people. I've said my peace so onto the actual pros. Health Choice One provides 401K matching, dental, vision, and health. The company does do the occasional trip and prizes. They also provide food and social gatherings like escape rooms, country clubs and dinners more often than any company I've worked for.

I've seen enough negative reviews on here so I'm going to keep this simple. Health Choice One has some problems like any other business or gathering of people. The company has a diverse group of ages, genders, ethnicities, and political views. That is not a con but it does lead to some respect issues across the board.
