The benefits package was not competitive, and meaningful support from leadership was notably absent. Recent leadership changes undermined stability. Long-tenured employees, including those who helped build the organization’s foundation, have not been shown loyalty or recognition. Leadership consistently demonstrates poor communication, limited emotional intelligence, and a lack of accountability, all of which contribute to a toxic and unsustainable work culture. The absence of genuine investment in employee development leaves little to no room for growth. The organization does not prioritize its people, making it difficult for employees to succeed or feel valued.
