Stress Overload

Pros

The company is remote first and has extremely dedicated employees who work well together.

Cons

Communication was inconsistent, expectations were unclear, training was minimal to nonexistent, and the overall workload created a consistently high-stress environment. The benefits package was not competitive, and meaningful support from leadership was notably absent. Recent leadership changes undermined stability. Long-tenured employees, including those who helped build the organization’s foundation, have not been shown loyalty or recognition. Leadership consistently demonstrates poor communication, limited emotional intelligence, and a lack of accountability, all of which contribute to a toxic and unsustainable work culture. The absence of genuine investment in employee development leaves little to no room for growth. The organization does not prioritize its people, making it difficult for employees to succeed or feel valued.

Pros

Never had a problem with pay being on time Lenient on attendance

Cons

Everything else. Terrible work culture with boss given absolute freedom to treat you like you’re nothing. Spoken down to on a consistent basis and never given the respect you deserve, The only way you know you’re doing well is by not getting a call for complaints about how imperfect your work is, This isn’t singled out, it’s to the entire department, And I’ve been told it’s in EVERY department. They caused so much distress I honestly thought about filing a lawsuit for being talked down to by my manager. It was degrading. HR on the other hand is super nice, Very understanding and will help you the absolute most they can, But they are there for the company not for you, But it’s still the best part about the company. They let bosses run amuck and say whatever they’d like and talk down to you as if you’re nothing or no one, it’s a disgusting culture that if it doesn’t change will ultimately bring them down
