Pros
- Good software development practices are used. - I was taught a lot by mentors, particularly Donald and Theo. - Company values self-education and sponsors obtaining certifications. - Time management is pretty good. No death marches.
Cons
- In the Spring of 2018, the main corporate brand Medology disappeared overnight, for reasons never made public. - Several developers were laid off without warning and asked to leave a few months ago, including Theo, and several more have left or are leaving since.
