      I have been in the rental industry for a long time & Herc Rentals was everything I was looking for! The team that I work with nationwide has just been amazing and I can't say enough good things about them!

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Cons

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
