      Pros

      Two weeks vacation, eight sick days and two floating holidays to start. That's it

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. Good ole boy mentality. Low pay. Racial overtones. Favoritism to two specific employees. Bullying that goes unchecked when reported. Lots of safety issues reported but ignored. Plenty of other things but to many to write.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!
