Pros
-This was an amazing company 5 years ago with a flourishing culture and client base. So yeah... the only pro was that this company once was great. (my review is based on the malmö office, I cannot speak for the other offices) - To clarify, some really great and amazing people do work here.
Cons
- HiQ has the issue of cronyism, hiring friends even if they're not qualified, this happens in higher ranking positions which has caused endless issues - HiQ does not care about you. I repeat they do not care about you. If you have a nightmare client, so bad that you literally have anxiety everyday going to work. They do not care. They will not take you off a project no matter what (even if they promise you that they will). The only way of leaving a project is by you going on sick leave. - HiQ is extremly unstable, I think I had 5 bosses during my time there. And during my time there has been 3 mass layoffs - The former site managers lied about numbers - making the office seem more prosperous than it was - The culture which HiQ once was renown for is gone. It has been sliced and diced into oblivion. - Their salaries are low. - I would not be surprised if the malmö office closes. It has been managed disastrously for the last five years. - HiQ did not take complaints from a woman who was harassed at a company party by another colleague seriously. She complained and nothing came of it, not even a report. The man was allowed to stay and she stopped coming into work. - Personally I feel that some managers and sales people bullied consultants into taking projects that they didn't want to take. - I can go on, but it will take too long.
