    Pros

Great conferences and investments in the people that work there.

    Cons

Have not renewed itself at at in the last 15 years. Same old business model in a steadily more aggressive market and space.

    Advice to Management

Get some new thinking going. Steadily decreasing margins. Move forward or die.

I worked at HiQ full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Official certification if needed for the assignment, salary for courses in evenings, many after work activities, collegues, fixed salary

    Advice to Management

Invest more in young talents, have a closer dialog with the consultant manager

I have been working at HiQ full-time

    Pros

They will find assignments fast for you.

    Cons

The salary is not high at all.
    No union also.
Specially now that they are larger and more rich, the only thing they think about is keeping the headcount. They do not care if you are gonna leave the company they will replace a good employee with a total newbie when it comes to money and salary.

    Advice to Management

Not everything is about headcount and selling people to different companies. You should try to keep your good employees and give them a fair raise when they ask for a fair market salary.

I have been working at HiQ full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flat salary as a consultant (you can choose assignments), Free education/certificates, central office, company is doing really well (2017, Q2)

    Cons

Somewhat unorganized - the motto "administration should almost work" is a reason.

    Pros

You can learn and evolve at which rate you desire, management will push, encourage & coach you in your future development. They are quite picky in which people they employ and most colleagues are top notch and highly driven. Easy going atmosphere and very flexible work hours. Generally never micro-manage, as long as you deliver what you have promised.

    Cons

Lack of information and glorified promises may land you at a workplace which seems better that it is. Salary is 5-10% lower compared to other consultant companies for the same work. Not always takes employees serious about office environment.

    Advice to Management

Don't glorify or over-promise on positions that you send your consultants out for.

I have been working at HiQ full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good people, and culture. A dojo and rehersal-area in the basement.

    Cons

Since it's an consultant-agency it can be hard to get the exact position you'd like.
