Pros
Friendly students. Many of them are professional and smart. Easy to follow materials. Some of them are even good and handy for students. [It's only noticed by teachers who prefer to give quality teaching] Flexible time. No penalty for cancellation [ If caused by technical difficulty] Reliable manager and Taiwan CS for home-based teachers' concerns.
Cons
- Offers low hourly rate compares to others that give 140 -200 plus with more students so more chances of bookings. -The number of students is getting fewer. Not to mention the students' cancellations. Even if you open 10 hours a day, they will less likely be booked. -No incentives for enrolled classes. The received incentives aren't frequent and no solid ground to know how to achieve them. [Perhaps, one is from student's feedback [subjective] and another isn't certain.] -Salary arrives once a month [ follows Taiwan's salary system] -continuous hiring despite the fewer student bookings -Office-based teachers are more privileged given the skills are just the same. - I even take the lessons fun but more seriously and have better lesson records than SOME of them.
