KPIs changes very frequently. Less work support from Managers and Architects which delays the execution time. AutoPH and its need to capture everything in JIRA. (AutoPH is a "fake" ML based rating system which decides your performance and whether you are eligible to work in HighRadius) AutoPH is just another gimmick used by HighRadius to ask people to leave at their own whim. It "calculates" these things based on the items that you recorded in JIRA. The process to add items in JIRA is another whole different task in itself. If you forget or don't add a task that you have worked then boom you would be added in PIP automatically. AutoPH makes sure atleast a certain group of members are removed from the team on a quarterly basis by giving them the lowest ratings. HR will not even listen to what we have to say, then act as executioners. The organization structure keeps on changing every quarter and people will be asked to leave regularly. *******BEWARE************ Beware of the fake good reviews in glassdoor because HighRadius HR team hires marketing agency to put up good reviews to look good. In reality it is much worse. Don't join the company just for compensation/salary.

Worst company I have ever been involved with… Toxic work environment starts at the top with a CEO that is rude, disrespectful, and completely out of touch with reality. Basic HR guidelines are just an idea here They will lure you in with perks and fun events when reality is the “perks” are snacks and coffee creamers and the “fun events” are weird themed parties/forced team building events. The low amount of PTO days doesn’t even matter because you will be peer pressured and bullied not to use them and if you do, you will be taken on a guilt trip. There is absolutely zero work life balance and you will be expected to take calls at 4am. Employee turnover is x3 higher than the average and the CEO just tells the company that you have to be tough to work here and this the culture it takes to be the “best” instead of taking any accountability.
