Statements such as "If you don’t do this, you will be better outside" reflect a toxic leadership style that prioritizes coercion over collaboration. Employees are frequently terminated without notice or transparent reasoning, other than vague explanations like "they don’t share our opinion." This practice fosters a culture of fear and insecurity, discouraging open dialogue and innovation. Furthermore, favoritism appears to play a significant role in career progression within the organization. Those without close ties to leadership are unlikely to receive raises or promotions, and they risk being marginalized or even dismissed.
