      Opportunity to work on product based company. Company has good figures in fintech domain. It has very good culture.

      Cons

      No onsite opportunities for tech people. No work from home.

      - Working on a startup environment in the fin-tech space - Working with Indians and learning of the style of working in India

      Cons

      - Toxic work culture led by leadership - Tribal culture fueled by proximity to CEO and extreme sycophancy - Low salary, masked by stock options with underwater value and lack of any viable exit options
