Recruitment team only job is to fool the candidates and other thing they know is how to be a bootlicker of the site leader. These people are the biggest liars, abuser’s in the company. Really, they don’t know how to speak and respect others. Let’s come to their benefits - RSU’s? RSU’s doesn’t have any value right now. How they are doing in India? In India they stated up in 2023, now they are trying to compete with their own US team, hiring and firing people , Laying off, pushing people to join as a contractor. They are just experimenting. I don’t understand how a healthcare company claims to give a great healthcare products when they can’t even create a good and healthy work environment for their employees within the organisation.
