Pros

Let's preface this by noting that the reviews posted on Sep 4, 2018, Sep 19, 2018, Sep 23, 2018 are all FAKE. The nice little group photo they have uploaded is a PR stunt to show diversity. Good try, guys. Spend more time focusing on actual change rather than fix your social presence online. Or maybe learn how to avoid lawsuits, many of which seem to take a nice bite out of your revenue. The pro is: They'll hire anybody. If you're Korean you are GUARANTEED to be employed by them. If you're an experienced sales person, avoid at all costs.

Cons

Favoritism toward Korean nationality employees, regional directors are known to withhold golden prospects to lower level sales reps, you will rarely see your commission because once the deal has been closed it is revealed that the account belongs to somebody else. (Nice little scam for the regional directors or managers to pocket your hard-earned commission.)

Pros

Establish a foothold in the industry

Cons

This is a highly dysfunctional and poorly operated organization. The internal culture places an excessive emphasis on micromanagement rather than empowering employees to perform at a high level. Leadership relies heavily on control and pressure-driven tactics, which ultimately leads to disengagement and low morale across the team. There is a clear lack of modern leadership practices, with management prioritizing authority over effective problem-solving and team development. Instead of fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment, the focus often shifts toward maintaining control, which limits both individual and organizational growth. Compensation is not competitive with industry standards, and the commission structure lacks transparency and consistency. In many cases, it feels unnecessarily complex, making it difficult for employees to clearly understand or maximize their earnings. The company also experiences high turnover, which reflects deeper systemic issues within leadership and culture. While it may offer short-term experience, it is not an environment that supports long-term professional growth.
