Pros
My 1st email to Blockstack from 8 mos ago contained a 24-page growth deck and a 2-min product promo video on their product. These guys didn't even know who I was. But I spent 6 months studying information and communication theory and arrived at the conclusion that Blockstack would be a pillar of the Information Age. I was so convinced of this that I spent nearly two weeks creating those materials. I was so sure, and still am, that I aimed correctly, that I didn't want any excuse for them to say "no". I flew from Zurich to NYC to take an interview on the chance they'd say yes. I've been in a state of bliss every day since then. What we are going to build is already real to me at this point. It's beyond conviction, it is inevitability. We are going to make it happen.

Flat hierarchy works for me but may not be ideal for those that need lots of direction.
