      Pros

      ESOP but the percentages will be going down. 401 k whether you contribute or not but we’ve heard that is changing too.

      Cons

      Job insecurity, secrecy, favoritism, nepotism. You never know when layoffs are coming and it’s done to meet the financial goals for the year. Less salary less spend.

      Was able to work remotely. Not sure if they allow that anymore.

      Not a great team environment.
