decent pay, hands off approach, generous vacation days and off days.
They leave you alone until they have something to criticize you about.
Cons
they treat people like garbage without any shame. don't have basic human decency, morals or ethics. very negative and unhappy atmosphere all around, similar to what you'd expect in a country like Russia. they play with your mind keeping you off balance. not good for mental health. can cause severe stress and mental confusion. they don't value good work, no loyalty, you can work hard and accomplish alot for them but will get absolutely nowhere and treated badly.
They don't give raises at mid to high level salaries. if you ask for a raise persistently, they will flood you with unnecessary work, and make you feel worthless until you want to leave, so they can then have fresh people to make crazy. they push people down instead of building people up. they keep you at low level titles whenever possible. They like to pass along only the complaints from co-workers and they embellish them, leaving out any positive info. Complete toxic environment.
