      Pros

      - Met some cool people. Unfortunately, they soon left

      Cons

      - Senior technical management is lost (think privileged white males using a "who is loudest" decision-making process) - Leadership seems to blindly follow the latest hipster book they read with no experience to back up the decisions made - Planning for the future of service is a constant losing battle (we were always responding to constant change, disorganization and poor decision making) - Favoritism is rife (think small gangs of alignment) - Echo chamber mentality - Below average pay and perks - Poor work-life balance

      Pros

      Home24 is a place where flexibility is genuinely respected. Europe remote options are real, not just on paper. The people put the human side first, which makes collaboration feel meaningful and the day-to-day enjoyable. There is real room to grow, take ownership, and do thoughtful, impactful design work with great tools to support it. The benefits package adds up too ( gym, transport, and bike covered.. etc) Overall a good place to grow as a designer, especially if autonomy, and ownership matter to you

      Good development of beginner and midlevel skills okay-ish money

      Cons

      No real seniors who behave like seniors No real technical leadership, A lot of Ego. Compensation is lacking when it comes to benefits and money. Competition offers more. Company was never profitable.
