Virtually no actionable feedback during the probation period, making it difficult to understand expectations or improve.       - Little to no discount for employees on platform that we sell - "Unorganized" doesn't begin to scratch the surface with them - Passive aggressive COO - 0 room for growth; no promotion plan outlined for 2 years of working there, no raise opportunities despite responsibilities expanding every quarter
