Pros

The great company of people to work with, especially on the floor.

Cons

Brilliant idea of this startup motivated people to join and work together. Unfortunately, it's not the case anymore as employees feel the leadership team somewhat loses track and demonstrates inability to provide the roadmap. On top of that toxicity is spreading after failed attempts to hide and cover-up offensive misconduct of one of top managers. The details of this case are expected to be released soon to the public if this person stays employed here.

Pros

If you like a non traditional Monday to Friday schedule, this is the only pro to this job.

Cons

Low paying wage-$20/hr They offer incentives, but make it VERY hard to obtain them. VERY high volume call center, 70-100 calls a day! Rude and entitled customers you have to deal with! Management changes their minds on call taking procedures all the time! You get use to doing something, then the procedure is switched up randomly. They LOVE to micromanage their agents. They write you up for anything without giving warnings beforehand that you're on the brink. No appreciation for their CSR'S at all! No lunches or anything to build/keep morale in the call center.
