Pros

If you like a non traditional Monday to Friday schedule, this is the only pro to this job.

Cons

Low paying wage-$20/hr They offer incentives, but make it VERY hard to obtain them. VERY high volume call center, 70-100 calls a day! Rude and entitled customers you have to deal with! Management changes their minds on call taking procedures all the time! You get use to doing something, then the procedure is switched up randomly. They LOVE to micromanage their agents. They write you up for anything without giving warnings beforehand that you're on the brink. No appreciation for their CSR'S at all! No lunches or anything to build/keep morale in the call center.

- Working from home - Healthcare benefits & PTO - Equipment provided

Cons

- Leadership leeches off of their employees, allowing them to build the platforms for the company from the ground up before firing them during mass layoffs. - The toxic leadership culture bled over into lower management quite early on. - Pay, to start off, was fair and decent until the more “expensive” employees began to see those yearly mass layoffs. - Questionable ethics amongst the founding family

Pros

It’s an easy job other than that it’s a horrible place

Cons

Absolutely horrible place to work. Management does everything to see you fail no matter how hard you try to be a good employee. They discriminate against people with disabilities because there business needs are more important. They treat you like a robot and could care less about your health or wellbeing. Management gives so much attitude when you ask them to do their job. Just don’t do it there is plenty of other places you can work
