Pros

You will get a ton of laughs each day as the company is run by an extremely dysfunctional family who have to schedule meetings to talk to each other. They all have differing opinions on everything and as soon as you are guided one way to do something, you will almost immediately find another family member contradicting that and telling you to do the exact opposite. It's a joke. What's even funnier is they think you care about all their family drama (like when they interrupt meetings to snap at each other or speak ill of other family members or co-workers and they speak badly about everyone - even people that have been loyal to them for years)! These are the pros!

Cons

Some of the worst people I've ever worked with. Backstabbers, liars, ungrateful for how hard you work for them. They are never satisfied and the family never stops telling you how little you do for them and how you should be doing even more and they will never offer to pay you an extra cent for taking on responsibilities that are well out of the scope of your job. Let's not forget that they promoted a known sexual predator and covered it up to the employees and they think that nobody knows! EVERYBODY KNOWS! Do not trust this family at all because they will lie to your face and make you hunt down information that they could have easily told you. I deeply regret working for such a vile cast of characters. Many department heads departed all at once because they couldn't take working for such terrible people.

Pros

If you like a non traditional Monday to Friday schedule, this is the only pro to this job.

Cons

Low paying wage-$20/hr They offer incentives, but make it VERY hard to obtain them. VERY high volume call center, 70-100 calls a day! Rude and entitled customers you have to deal with! Management changes their minds on call taking procedures all the time! You get use to doing something, then the procedure is switched up randomly. They LOVE to micromanage their agents. They write you up for anything without giving warnings beforehand that you're on the brink. No appreciation for their CSR'S at all! No lunches or anything to build/keep morale in the call center.
