Pros

- People on the ground are awesome, hard working and have good intention - HomeX has a great mission

Cons

- Leadership sucks composed of family and friends with drama - Career growth correlates to how much cradling of the fragile ego CTO you're willing to do - Hiring practices are laughable and are not grounded in common sense causing a lot of friction and hurting culture - HR is disorganized with high turnover. Can't seem to decided on any HR tools causing a lot of friction, disorganization and loss of important documents with inaccurate data like the number of vacation days

Pros

If you like a non traditional Monday to Friday schedule, this is the only pro to this job.

Cons

Low paying wage-$20/hr They offer incentives, but make it VERY hard to obtain them. VERY high volume call center, 70-100 calls a day! Rude and entitled customers you have to deal with! Management changes their minds on call taking procedures all the time! You get use to doing something, then the procedure is switched up randomly. They LOVE to micromanage their agents. They write you up for anything without giving warnings beforehand that you're on the brink. No appreciation for their CSR'S at all! No lunches or anything to build/keep morale in the call center.
