Pros

It pays, and has bare bones insurance It had some cool people at the company in the beginning which I enjoyed working with.

Cons

The company has no direction with weak leadership who don't care for any of the employees unless you buddy buddy up to leadership. Its a boys club if you're not in the club you're not getting anything beside blame and flack for the short comings of the "in" group and their failures CLEAR HR violations have been covered up and swept under the rug in hopes it will all go away.

This has been one of the most fun and rewarding positions I have ever had in my career.

Pros

If you like a non traditional Monday to Friday schedule, this is the only pro to this job.

Cons

Low paying wage-$20/hr They offer incentives, but make it VERY hard to obtain them. VERY high volume call center, 70-100 calls a day! Rude and entitled customers you have to deal with! Management changes their minds on call taking procedures all the time! You get use to doing something, then the procedure is switched up randomly. They LOVE to micromanage their agents. They write you up for anything without giving warnings beforehand that you're on the brink. No appreciation for their CSR'S at all! No lunches or anything to build/keep morale in the call center.
