We appreciate you sharing your feedback, and are sorry to hear that you were so disappointed with leadership and how we communicate about the evolution of our company goals. While the past few years have brought a lot of change outside of our control, we continue to be focused on making company goals more clear, and communicating them, and our progress against them, with transparency at every level.
I’m also disappointed to hear that it sounds like other parts of your experience at Homebound were not aligned with our culture and values. Employees at Homebound have many avenues for sharing feedback directly or anonymously, and we encourage them to do so if there are places they feel we can improve.
